We carefully package every plant to help ensure it arrives healthy and ready to grow.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During periods of high order volume or extreme weather, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Plants are shipped using appropriate packaging to help protect them during transit.

Weather Delays

Because plants are living products, we may delay shipping during periods of extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or other severe weather conditions. This helps protect your plants from damage while in transit.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please bring your plants inside or place them in a protected area as soon as possible after delivery, especially during extreme weather.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and plants. We will work with you to determine the best solution.
